Yup, pay top whack and get the worst service possible. Deplorable company!

I'm frustrated by this, but...not that much.
Funnily enough no I don't, their service has been poor at best these last few months. We all pay over the odds for their kit and expect a more reliable service than this. This is the second time in a week that iMessage has gone done...there is no excuse!
****** happens, it's not like they're intentionally or even negligently screwing us over. This kind of thing happens all the time, it doesn't make a company "deplorable."
No matter what you or I think, the proof is there for all to see...their service has been nothing but unreliable for months. This forum is full of people/topics of the same kind of thing. And whilst I fully accept that nothing will ever be 100% reliable, there is no excuse for what's happening lately. Obviously, if this is due to nature then thats different. Anyway, that's all I have to say here...
