before we had the option to open photos directly when sharing images through messages.

Now, you have to click the camera icon. Then click through again to photos.

Is there anyway to change the icon to link directly to photos?

They've put the old photo destination in the iMessage app dock. You just have to get used to tapping there instead.

Nah.. I am just messing with you, I am not that ripe old age yet, but getting there quickly! How the years go by! :)

I do agree with the sentiment why must Apple always move stuff around when how it works previously was perfectly fine.

It was a nightmare when we try to teach them how to send us pics using messenger, now we have to tell them to click o. That rainbow followers... and this is coming from someone who make me returned the new microwave because the new one doesn’t have these 1-6 quick cool keys...it was funny when I told the reason to the Walmart salesperson. LOL

The new button registers false positive triggers for the camera button immediately on top of it, or false negatives altogether if they keyboard isn’t displayed.
