iMessage photos not sending over wifi since 8.4.1 update?

SO as the title says, anyone else getting this problem?

My pics on iMessage wont send they get stuck at the very end until I turn my wifi off and use my data...

i've seen something like this where the message is going as mms instead of iMessage. depends on carrier, mms didn't seem to work on t mobile without disabling wifi.
if i were you, i'd probably turn off iMessage, logout iCloud, give it a few minutes, and turn it back/sign on again.
 
Like mention, try turning off iMessage and turning it back on if you haven't yet.

While I haven't had this issue with 8.4.1 I've had it in the past and logging out and back in seemed to fix it.
 
8.4.1 here on iPhone 6 with AT&T, not having that issue at all. I spend the majority of my day on WiFi and it works fine.
