iPhone iMessage Predicative text Not Working

I have restored two times from iCloud but cannot get predictive text to work.

example type I heart you or you make me smile the emoji are not displayed.

I've disabled and powered phone off/on and reset settings and restored from cloud backup same issue.

anyone else????? 😕😕😕😕

Sounds like this is more about emoji replacements. If so, https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/prediction-bar-not-displaying-emojis.2140099/ might be of some help.

Send a few texts to yourself with a bunch of emojis, it should start working after that. Not sure if its a bug or by design.

Had the same issue. Followed the link that C DM Sent and it worked.
