Yesterday my wife sent me some messages using iMessage. I never got them on my iPhone, but when I opened up my MBA, they were on iMessage on the computer...why does this happen?

I don't have a good answer to why does it happen, but I have seen it happen before and just turning off imessage and turning it back on again has fixed it for me.
