a few of my friends are claiming that they aren't receiving my messages, despite them displaying 'delivered' on my end.

anyone experiencing this?

Nope I sometimes get people receiving duplicate or double messages. On the odd occasion it's happened I've just switched off iMessage and switched it back on which has been fine

Do you keep old numbers on your phone after your friends have new numbers? My roommate had the exact same problem and after hearing her complaints for a while, I found the old numbers. Her messages were going to the old numbers apparently.

nope, i was having a convo with these people but not all messages were going through.. only some.

I was having this yesterday. Went into iMessage settings and it was inexplicably turned off. Very odd. Turned it back on and it's working fine now

I've had this happen although it's very rare. That doesn't neglect the fact it's annoying and makes me question its overall reliability (which seems to be very high).

Thankfully it's only been with my girlfriend. The messages I send that don't go through will even show up on all my devices (iPhone, iMac, and iPad) giving the impression it definitely went through. Then she'll send me a screen shot of what she actually got. It's happened the other way too.

But like I said it seems to be very rare. I'll notice because of a disconnect in the conversation. Like out of no where "mine is going good though" or something.
