   Hey there I need some help on my imessage it showing some weird name how can I change it I try changing it on system preference(mail contact and Calendar)

   Go to Settings, Users & Group, then select your account. Then click Contacts Card. This will show the contact associated with your IM list. From there you should be able to edit to your liking.
