iMessage won’t active after 26.4?

Never had this issue before, but just updated to 26.4 and now iMessage won’t activate?

I’ve tried off / on many times and rebooted phone 3 times and still won’t activate,

Anyone else have anything similar?
 
Had this many times when I had multi SIM or changed SIMs too often for Apples taste. 🙁
There is nothing you or Apple support can do, you just have to wait ~2 or 3 days and the issue will resolve itself.
