iMessages always come through on iPad & Mac, but not always on iPhone. Help!

For months, my wife gets most, but not all, iMessages on her iPhone 5s. But the missing messages always come through on her Mac and iPad though. When this happens, I can't tell which messages she gets, and which she doesn't. Any ideas as to what I should look at to fix it?

I am assuming that your wife gets some messages sent to one of the email addresses associated with her iCloud.

Check preferences - accounts on the Mac Messages app, then look under the "you can be reached at" and ensure the iPhone has the same list.
