Hi, I'm looking for something similar to imovie, I would have imovie but I lost my install discs....and too get the "free" imovie '06 you need '08 :confused:

I think I'm just going to torrent final cut pro ;) there is no good video editing software for mac

he's right, imovie is pretty much the only option unless you're willing to use torrents to get the high class stuff.
and if you do, i wouldnt use final cut.
yeah its a way nice program, but it is in no way similar to imovie.
if ur used to imovie, final cut will be giving you a migraine in under 10 minutes.
trust me, ive been there.
may i recommend adobe after effects?
lots of editing options, and nowhere near as complex as final cut
