iMovie 08 Freeze Frame?

Can you do this in iMovie 08? I want to have a video play and freeze on a certain frame with a voice over.

I dont know how. But a work around would be to screen shot the clip and then paste this picture where you took the screen shot. To screen shot press the Apple+Shift+4 buttons and drag the area that you want to screen shot!
