iMovie 11 - add movie over lcd display

hi, i have taken a video of my macbook and you can imagine how the display looks like in my video, so I have taken another movie of the screen by QT and now I want to put this screen capture over the display in the original video. The problem is that the video is captured from an angle, so it has to be changed some way. Is here any solution? Thank you
