iMovie 4.0.1 help

So I'm working with the above mentioned iMovie and have been trying to figure out if it is possible to get a high(er) quality compression that I could upload to the web somewhere. Is the only way to work that by upgrading my iMovie?

Does your Share menu have an Expert Settings option?

If so, mess around in that.

I've got that version of iMovie and the Share / Quicktime / Expert setting does not work! When you click share nothing happens.
