imovie 6 wont save!

Hi,
its really annoying, am making a movie, with vidoe and stills.
Last week it was saving fine. Now, when I try to save it it wont save any new photos.
It gets stuck on "saving thumbnails".
Also, it lost some of my sound effects, and wont put any photos in the time line with ken burns effect.
This reminds me, that on my last movie, a month ago, I wanted to use slow motion, but it wouldnt work.

Are these problems related to ILife 6, which i put on about a month ago.

All advice welcome,

Hmm well try to delete your prefrences file, and see if that helps any
Than go through and reset ur Pram and all that good stuff. Also have you installed any non - apple software? That somtimes makes programs buggy...

P.S.
There are A LOT of bugs in iMovie 6.... none of which have been fixed yet. Mine randomly crashes alot... very annoying... Maybe try using just iPhoto if your just doing stills..
