iMovie 9 video stabilization ?

Getting ready to try iMovie 9 for the first time. Can anyone who uses iMovie 9 tried the video stabilization with good results? Will be importing from my Sony SR11. I have been using iMovie 8 to import the AVCHD files, then export out to iMovie 6HD to do my editing. Great workflow. I just cammed a high school graduation and have allot of shake in it. Am hoping iMovie 9 can correct some of this. Tnks

Yeah it works pretty well. I recommend trying it out-- it really doesn't take that long.
