iMovie audio problem

iMovie will not play audio any more. It used to work. But now nothing from iTunes library will play; sound effects cannot be imported; the microphone doesn't work. Computer sound is on. Checkbox to the right of audio clip is on. iMovie master volume is on. Edit volume setting is 100%. Old movies play sound but don't accept new audio tracks. Beats me.

iTunes/iMovie Playback Problem

Hi,

Having same problem....with error message stating my computer is not authorized to play that song....which has been in my iTunes library for 3 years now.

Trying to authorize it as prompted, several times over, and then it allows me to finally playback a silent iMovie.

Any ideas, anyone?
