iMovie Glitch can someone help me??

When using iMovie 9.0.9 I have a video transitioning into a picture and the picture shows up as the last second of the video and flipped upside down, does anyone know how to fix this because it keeps happening and it is very annoying. thank you

Is the photo the right way up in the timeline? Try deleting it and re-inserting it.
