Nice thanks for the heads up on that.
Just downloaded. About to try it out.
What if you try to run on an older iPhone?
*waits for someone to hack it to run on 3GS phones*
That's what I was wondering. Hold on, I'll download it and see. I am eventually going to buy it anyway.
can it be shared between phones?
iMovie won't install on older devices.
$5.29 later, I have an iPhone 3GS and I downloaded it to see what would happen if I would try to use it.
I downloaded it and it showed up in iTunes and on my Home Screen in iTunes.
However, when I tried to sync my phone, I received this error message:
No iMovie on 3G/3GS.
I believe so. I have apps synced to both my iPhone and iPod touch
I believe you have the 5 iTunes accounts you can sync with like regular. The other phone would just need to have your info to update the app I believe. I do it all of the time with my friend.
cool. thanks guys.
mine is downloading now!!!!! so excited!
I made a quick video and uploaded it to youtube here.
Just some pictures and a clip i took around my house.
Btw, where should I upload the raw footage for people to see? Youtube kind of lowered the quality.
i can't get a theme to apply. any suggestions?
I can't find this app....
Click the link at the top of the thread...
Tap the gear button at the beginning of the film strip.
Why would you buy it. It says right on the iMovie page that it requires iPhone 4.
As I said previously, I am going to be buying it within a month anyway when I purchase the iPhone 4.
Also, someone asked what would happen if you would try to run it on a 3GS. I was merely answering someone's question.
That's why. Happy? I'm not an idiot.

Wow- it's running awesome! For quick 2 minute movies this is gonna be the way to go for sure! I'm so glad this app came out so soon. I was thinking it was going to be a while before they released it.
