iMovie Plugin Cannot Find What I Want!!!

Hi all, I've found some "cool" plugins for imovie but STILL cannot find what I want. Here is what I need: A plugin that is similar to a magic wand. I want to be able to trace the object (the edges) and make that the only thing that moves in the whole video.

Better example: I want to trace myself talking but make it look like I'm in Egypt. (therefore I may like to add a background of Egypt).

Please anyone who knows what I'm talking about, help me out. I am about to give up. I've seen videos like these and no one wants to let me in on the techniques.

Thats Green screening. there is no plug in for imovie that will allow you to do this.

Stupendous Software has it for about 28$ and GeeThree has it for 50 (Slick Vol.4). Both are iMovie Plugins.
