I was attempting to edit a video and after clicking done while trimming a clip, after clicking done, the preview screen was pixilated like a broken TV and all of the clips had added music lines on them (the green bar with the small dialogue box when you add a song). Now all of the edited clips are gone and the one clip that had been previously exported then imported as a large file (stop motion) wouldn't play in preview or even show up in the preview screen. Is there any way to recover any of the edited clips? I still have the raw video from where I got the clips from but have taken the last 2 months editing them and do not have the time to do it all over again. I've tried to boot into recovery but when I press Command and R it just boots into the login screen and holding Option only shows Macintosh HD, no recovery disc.
