iMovie - Setting a Background

Is this possible?

I know in iChat and Photo Booth, you can step out of the frame and then set a background (like roller coaster or polka dots). Is this possible in iMovie? I want to shoot a video with a solid white background. Any suggestions?

not in iMovie, iMovie is an editor.

Why not record the video in Photobooth if that's what you want to do...?

Don't forget about non-technical solutions! A solid white background? maybe a freshly painted wall or some poster board taped to a wall?

Or check out the blue screen and green screen options for iMovie 6. You will need very good lighting though.
