iMovie--"source clip is missing" Help?

I added a imovie project in may of this year and went to watch it and share to my itunes and clicked on it and got the little yellow triangle with the !

I need some suggestions from as its in my project library but when i click on it, it gives me "source clip is missing"
I have deleted movie off my camera so I am in desperate need of this movie?

It says that October 13, 2010 is the date of the project so i suspect i never saved this in May? I don't know what do.

Is it still in your Events list? I suspect not as if it's not then the clip will still show in your project, but with the yellow triangle.
