iMovie won't upload to iCloud

I've got a couple of movies that won't upload to iCloud. They're both over 15 minutes long. Are there restrictions on uploading to iCloud from iMovie Theater?

I am guessing it's too big? Why do you want it on iCloud?

Try using Vimeo or YouTube?
