I just uploaded a trailer created in iMovie to YouTube and received an email from them informing me that

"Your video "The Laptop", may have content that is owned or licensed by Municipalidad de Viña del Mar, but it’s still available on YouTube! In some cases, ads may appear next to it.

This claim is not penalising your account status. Visit your Copyright Notice page for more details on the policy applied to your video."

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't. Has anyone else received this when uploading an iMovie trailer?

This happened to me once. I choose the option to fight it, said "Yes, I own all of the copyright to the material," and I never heard a peep back.

If you're just using the stock audio in iMovie, fight the claim.
