Impassable advertising on homepage. Resolve this ASAP

Why is this still happening. It’s a horrible experience trying to scroll down through adverts between articles that I can’t scroll past.

Fix this or you’ll lose readers that have given up trying to navigate advertising traps.

Use some common sense.
There’s a difference between seeing and supporting to use of ads vs not being able to scroll at all and needing to refresh the page because the advertising prevents you to scroll up or down.
