In Settings > Privacy & Security there is a new Impersonation Risk Detection setting. I haven't been able to find any information on this, has anyone seen anything?

Impersonation risk detection refers to the practice of identifying and mitigating threats where attackers mimic trusted individuals or brands to deceive victims into revealing sensitive information or performing harmful actions. This involves using advanced technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to monitor for fraudulent activities across various communication channels.

I got almost exactly that same response from my DuckDuckGo Search AI lol! Not particularly helpful

Could be something like how Google uses RCS E2EE messaging to send payloads to determine if your contacts device is currently calling you (e.g. "Alex" calls you, your device sends a system RCS payload to the device of "Alex" which can check if any of his devices have an active call with you, returning an answer to flag the call on your device as legit etc.).
