import address book from outlook

I've exported my address book from my old outlook express to a file - is it possible in import it to apple mail?

What kind of file did you export and save to? *.csv worked in Entourage for me. Type 'import' in the help menu for Mail and see what comes up. You'll get a better response from someone who uses Mail on this forum soon.
