My MBP does not recognise the old analog flip phone
need to import images, any "work around" to get MBP to recognise phone?

does phone have sd card?
if so remove it and put in the pro.

if not long winded option bluetooth them over, obviously this far from ideal

1. Transfer them via SD card or micro-SD card (fastest and easiest)
2. Transfer via bluetooth (slow)
3. Send them via MMS to a modern smartphone, then use any number of options to get them on the MBP (pain in the ass)

Option 3 looks like the best bet

option 3 could cost a small fortune if not part of your plan!
MMS usually not in a plan, at least here in UK anyway!

What phone do you have anyway?
Might help if we know the phone and model.

Finally worked it out
The owner had a very old Telstra (local ISP), flip phone
Did not know how to use it, no hand book
After quite some time (I'm 73 :)), I worked out how to send the image to my iPhone
Problem solved!
The owner, (my age), was given the phone and only uses to make calls,
In the end, was good all round, they were very happy,
and, only drink the best Scotch! :).........How did they know! :)
