Okay, so I'm the guy who's rated all 7000 of my songs. Is there a way I can preserve my entire iTunes library and move it from my PC to my MacBook Pro?
To make things easier all the songs are already on a external harddrive. I'm just curious, will the windows (.itl) Library File still contain everything if moved to my MBP? Especially since all it's links are going to be relative to a windows file system structure.
I can consolidate the music onto my mbp's hard drive later. I just want the peace of mind knowing that every tag, and every rating will be in tact if I move it over.
