Important information error apple website??

    Anyone getting an error saying "Important Information" and that you have to pick up the phone in the store? I'm having an infuriating time, my reservation is guaranteed until 12n EST but it won't allow me to go all the way through (which I was able to see once) and buy the phone. I'm told I need to pay a deposit on my phone, even though its just an upgrade.

    The 1-800 APPLE # has been an incredible waste of time as they claim to have no knowledge or expertise to solve the issue. Any suggestions or am I out of luck?

    I have Verizon and one line is ONLY having this issue. The one that's upgrade eligible! Verizon and Apple keep blaming each other for the error and I'm beyond frustrated at this point!

    Gotta bump this in the hopes that SOMEONE has an answer or idea where this came from?

    Have you tried going through the process on Verizon's site?
