How do I do a secure erase (zero out data) on a Time Capsule?

Couldn't you just do a full format on it 35 times?

I don't even know how to format it, but formatting it afaik doesn't actually write 0's to the data so it can't be recovered via recovery software.

EDIT: Figured it out, it's in the Airport utility.
