Importing Adress book

Hi

I had backed up whole of user before changing my hard drive..
After cahnging it i want to get all my adressess to the adress book

How do i do it,, i dont know the location also

For future reference you can backup, and restore from a backup from Address Books file menu.

Otherwise, navigate to your old home folder>Library>Application Support
Drag the folder "Address Book" to your new home folder>Library>Application Support.

i cant seem to find it ,, is there a way by which i can transfer it from my ipod to the comp as i have it on my ipod..

What can't you find? Your old address book folder, or your new one? Or both....

I did found the thing. but how do i import it.
after appl support i go to address book , but if i import from add book it says no ass card found,

You found the "Address Book" folder on you iPod, right?
You place that folder in "Macintosh HD>Users>your username>Library>Application Support"
