iPad mini Importing files.

iPad mini 6

I have a card reader plugged into my iPad mini 6 but cannot find how I can access the photos and videos on it to import them.

On my iPhone 12 mini I have a "file" folder that allows me to do this. Is there similar somewhere on the iPad?
