Importing targa files at one frame duration

I'm currently trying to import around 150 targa files into FCE in order to play as one frame each creating a short film piece, currently when i import them in they are 10 seconds in length. Is there a way of changing the import settings so i can import them at one frame each?

use Quicktime pro to convert the files to a video clip,
