Improve iChat video quality?

The video's really fuzzy when i'm video chatting with friends. Is there a way to fix?

Is the video fuzzy on your end or on the receiver's end?

Then it is either a very slow internet connection (unlikely though) or the person you talk to has a crappy webcam. Do you know what kind of computer and webcam the person you talk to has?
