basically, my pc crapped out on me (typical i know) and my aging macbook pro has taken over the duty of main machine.
now, i don't know if it's just me but chrome is running like absolute crap. like seriously. if i'mw atching a fullscreen video on one screen and scroll in discord or spotify on my second screen the video will turn into a slideshow.
if an ad loads in on this site, the text field will lag behind until it's done. like it feels like the machine is just dragged down by chrome. i could of course use Safari but i simply don't want to.
so, is there anything i can do to speed chrome up a bit?
