IMTOO DVD Ripper help...

I'm using DVD ripper for dvds that handbrake wouldn't support. While the discs are loading up, I'm not seeing the correct "titles". instead of 1-99, it's showing "title_02_01, title_02_02, etc..." up to title_10. The title I need is title 16. Is there a setting in DVD Ripper that i'm overlooking?
