In-app purchases no longer working on iPhone 5

    I'm loving my iPhone 5 which I got at launch. It's much quicker than the 4 I had. The only problem I have encounter is that when I try and make an in app purchase it won't let me. It first asks for my password which is fine. Then it says I need to validate the new device and redirects me to answer 2 of my security questions. No matter how quick I do it it gives me an error message saying request has timed out. Anyone know how to get round this without calling apple?

    Sorted. Verified today with no issues. Must have been an apple server issue.
