...the default setting for the aspect ratio? (when working with captured video) Mine is on -33% and I want in set at zero. Can you please help?
 
If the specs for your Sequence settings, capture settings and video footage all match, the aspect ratio will be set at 0. Are you capturing anamorphic video in a non-anamorphic sequence (or vice versa)?
