In need of support for Iphone 6s

i have a iphone 6s that has been factory reset, but it has been reported lost / imei blocked and probably icloud locked, is there anything i can do to reset the imei and take away the icloud lock? If so what would the price be?

You're probably bought a stolen iPhone. If you have the receipt then call Apple and ask for help

Unfortunately,I'm not sure anyone can or will try to help. As it's probably stolen,all you can do is to turn iron to the police,and forget your money.
