B bpc101 macrumors newbie Original poster Nov 1, 2014 #1 Does anyone know if it is possible to take a 27" iMac to a store for them to change the hard drive to keep it in warranty? This is a late 2014 iMac with a 512 SSD but it just isn't enough space and want to change to a 1 or 3 TB Fusion. Thanks

Thought about that, but it is a fully spec'ed iMac and I want to sell it to buy a 5k instead. The 512 SSD is off-putting to some people even though it is a upgrade and I would agree will make it fly even more than it already does.
