iPad Pro In store pick up cancelled after email saying ready for pickup

    i received an email saying my keyboard for iPad Pro was ready for pick up. Drove an hour to Ft Worth. Arrive 5 mins after store opened at 10 then waited in line only to be told my order had been cancelled but did not receive cancel email. Manager had nothing to offer and didn't know when or if I would ever get a keyboard. What a disappointment.

    Happened for me with pencil and keyboard, but they didn't cancel. They called to ask if I keep it open or cancel, said they received none for today. I kept it open as shipping is 3-4 weeks, hopefully store gets them sooner.
