iPad mini In-store pickup, 64/128 Cellular

Just wondered if anyone has seen stock of 64/128 Cellular rMini for store reservation.

I've seen 32GB Cellular, so some Cellular models are available. Just wondering if the 64/128s are just selling damn quick or if they aren't actually available yet.

I'm still waiting for my 128gb 4G...
Here in Sweden, all other variants of the Air have been plentiful since launch day except for 64gb LTE & 128gb LTE. They are nowhere to be found over here.. what makes these particular variants of the Air so unique, is the higher capacity memory really that rare and hard to optain or are there other reasons..?
