All iPads In-Store Pickup: How Long Can Item Be Reserved?

If there is a Macrumors "Apple Retail" forum, I don't see it.

If I order an iPad for in-store pickup, how long do I have to pick it up? Days? Weeks?

Is this answer the same for any other item? Where are the terms and conditions for it?

You have two weeks, but if you give them a call in the chance you can't make it even at that point they will probably continue holding onto it for you.

Ordered mine when they first became available for ordering. I have until 11/10 to pick it up.
