Same here. My scheduled pick up is in 2 hours, but it still shows processing. I’m going to just go to Apple Store on my scheduled time and see if it’s there. My Apple Card has already been charged.

I’m worried because I haven’t been charged yet

I got notified it was ready for pick up at around 5am. Checked my app and I got the QR code for pickup too. My pick up time is 4:45pm

My app said processing as I walked in at 9am for my pick up time so I dont think it matters as long as you got the email

I'm picking up mine tomorrow 7PM but in the app it says ready for pick up, does that mean I can go today?

Same here, still processing 1:30 hrs after original pickup time. No email update.

Tried to call a couple of times, but they were busy. I will go into the store 3 hours after assigned pickup time and see what happened.

Since Apple already taken my money, I hope they did not sell the phone that was allocated to me to someone else!

Doesn’t matter. Go and pickup your phone at the designated pickup time. Mine was processing when I went to pick up at 8:30am this morning.

Pretty annoying. I have a 4pm appointment but got the notice that it was ready for pickup. I swung by the Apple Store after grabbing coffee this morning and an employee said, “You’ve got the QR, go ahead and get in the queue.” After 45 minutes of waiting some lady goes through asking what time appointments are, and tells me I have to wait until 4 despite the person 2 people in front of me being at 1pm being allowed to stay. He didn’t even have his QR code yet.

Mine was processing until I checked out and then it just moved to "picked up" don't sweat it. Get to the store at your window and they'll check you in. They were checking ID's and QR codes from the Apple Store app this morning and that was it!

It happened to me like this before. I was annoyed but understood that the store needed to serve customers according to their time slots. I learned from that point that I will arrive close to my time slot instead of coming too early.

I'm picking mine up later today but under estimated getting more memory.

Would I be able to switch my order to a 256gb at pick up? 🤔

After 20 mins on hold, was told please don't coming in until I get pickup a notification from Apple, no idea when that will be either.

Not going to waste time and money going into Central London during Friday night rush hours on the off chance of getting what I paid for.

What happens if the phone get stuck on processing, will Apple refund me automatically after a while?

The phone is a gift for the misses. Can always buy it again for Christmas gift if Apple "lost" this one.

I saw my local store still has tons of stock, I am set up for pickup tomorrow and my order shows processing. I assume the chances of me driving over there to try to get it a day early if they have available stock would be a long shot then?

I was just grabbing coffee so it wasn’t that big of a deal, just annoying that there was no consistency. 1pm was not 9am, just like 4pm wasn’t, so allowing someone from that slot doesn’t represent consistency in policy.
