iPhone 16 Pro Max In store trade in prep

I’ve always done mail in trade ins. This year I’m doing it in store when I pick up the 16PM.

What are the steps in store? Do you log out of find my, iCloud and wipe the device while you’re in the store after activating your new phone?

That sounds right. I always do in store trade in, but I do it a few days after picking up the new phone. That way I’m not rushed setting it up. Then I just wipe the phone and bring it in.

Yeah, I did that for the first time last year and was able to bring my phone back within 14 days.

Yup you have 14 days to bring it in. I confirmed that today when I picked mine up.
