In the process of calibrating my battery: Software Update launched

My battery is approaching 0% (I'm calibrating it). and Software Update suddenly launched..., so I just clicked on cancel.

When I'm done, I can just go to apple menu and software update, and everything will update again no problem, right?

Yes. No harm is done if you decide to cancel an update.

Like everyone has said, worry not! It will be fine! Calibrate your battery and then update your software! 😀
