I think the medium one would suffice. Make sure you surround it in enough padding!

I shipped mine in a medium box and with a bunch of newspaper as padding. The iPad was in it's original box as well inside the USPS box.

The medium was a perfict fit for my iPad & InCase! I just put some bags in it for cushioning/packaging.
Depends on where you are shipping too. There is another Priority box that is very similiar to the picture I am quoting, but it is not flat rate. I shipped mine in it perfectly for half the price of the similar flat rate box.
