The watch says I've done 30-45 mins of exercise a day, when I have done none.
How do I fix this?
Apple's formula for exercise is elevated heart rate + movement.
If you walk up the street to Starbucks and your heart rate is at 100bpm it will register as exercise. Wearing your watch loose can also mess with heart rate readings.
