iOS inApp Purchase submision and approval process

Is it necessary to submit the app for approval process , for every new product in the in-App purchase.

Also how do the apple guys test the in-App purchase. Do they purchase our product.

Or just screenshot of the feature to be Enabled (the one which is to be uploaded at iTunes connect--> Manage inApp Purchase) is enough.

Please share the experiences if any have on this issue.

Any idea , regarding Appstore way of testing In-App purchases.
Do they test the in-App purchase for every update of an application , or for just the binary submitted while the submission of inApp purchase only.

Do any body know..... :-(
